Simple Home Comfort’s Repairs Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Simple Home Comfort herein shall be known as SHC.
  2. All warranties stated on website, supersede any verbal or manufacture warranty, unless stated in writing and approval from management.
  3. All sales are final. SHC is unable to return products that have been used or installed, that have missing parts, that have been plugged in, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable.
  4. All parts, units, and/or hardware removed as a result of repairs and/or installation of new equipment performed by SHC shall not be retrievable once they have been removed from the customer’s premises.
  5. Standard manufacture warranty is 90 days on all electrical components.
  6. All motors come with standard 90 day warranty from manufacture.
  7. All refrigerant repairs are warrantied for 90 days.
  8. No warranty on refrigerant.
  9. All Honeywell thermostats are warrantied for 5 years parts, 90 days labor.
  10. All drain line repairs and cleanings are only warrantied for 30 day.* (*Not eligible for extended warranty with maintenance contract) SHC is not responsible for condensate leaks or damages caused by condensation leaks, breakages, blockages or overflows.
  11. All repairs listed above (except for drains, maximum 30 days) are warrantied for 90 day without maintenance contract. Up to (03) years with active and current maintenance contract.
  12. SHC will extend the warranty for a minimum of (1) one year and a maximum of (03) three years when enrolled in active and current maintenance contract.
  13. Customer must keep and maintain an active and current maintenance contract with no laps in coverage, if laps in coverage customer is able to reinstate warranty of parts by paying full price of part being replaced, labor to install part will be reduced by up to 50%.
  14. In the event of a change in home ownership, services, repairs, and warranties provided as a result of this Agreement are not transferable to the subsequent owner of the home in which the Equipment and Accessories are located.
  15. Lapse in coverage is stated as, customer must have two inspections per year performed only by SHC, If other company performs any type of service, installs or alters units while under SHC’s maintenance contract, contract can be voided by SHC. Maximum length of laps in coverage to be reinstated is 90 days.
